Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Desert Blue Records does ship worldwide.
What payment methods do you accept?
Desert Blue Records accepts all payments through Paypal and will take up to two days to process your payment.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
How long will it take before I will receive my order?
All orders are shipped within a week of purchase once the payments have cleared. Orders may take up to one to eight weeks depending on where you live and the delivery times of your postal delivery system.
What happens if my order is not received?
If you do not receive your order within ten weeks from purchase then contact us stating your name, order date, order number and a list of products purchased and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your refund policy?
Products will not be accepted for refund or return three weeks after your purchase has been received. If a purchase has been damaged on dlivery then contact us as soon as possible stating your issue.
How do I return something?
If a received purchase is damaged or not what you ordered then send us an email with a copy of your receipt and a photo of the products purchased and we will instruct you on what to do next. For any enquiries contact us at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possibe.
